AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE

  • American Family Insurance(AFI) was looking to identify,attract,and interview qualified candidates to hire
  • The recent Pandemic hindered and or eliminated usual recurring strategies
  • AFI retained LMG to develop alternative recruiting strategy to identify quality candidates

 

Recommendation

  • LMG developed a virtual holiday Job Fair to identify,recruit an vet potential candidates
  • LMG also incorporated existing AFI assets executives as part of theĀ  process
  • Finally LMG coordinated a follow up interview session within 24 hours to interview candidates

 

Results

  • Over 200 quality candidates identified
  • Over 100 participate in job fair
  • 0ver 25 quality candidates interviewed
