American Family Insurance(AFI) was looking to identify,attract,and interview qualified candidates to hire. The recent Pandemic  hindered and or eliminated usual recuringing strategies. AFI retained LMG to develop alternative recruiting strategy to identify quality candidates.



  • LMG developed a virtual holiday Job Fair to identify,recruit an vet potential candidates
  • LMG also incorporated existing AFI assets executives as part of the  process
  • Finally LMG coordinated a follow up interview session within 24 hours to interview candidates
